1099-W2 never received.
My wife has been locked out of her ssa account. Called ssa first week of February 2021. They mailed another W2 and code to gain access to her account. They said it would take 6 – 10 business days. Mail never arrived. Requested info to be re-sent two more times, same results, no forms. SSA offices are closed and cannot go meet in person. How can we get info?

I suggest you go ahead and file her return and estimate her income based on 12x the monthly payment she receives. That’s assuming no withholding during the year. If there is a discrepancy, the IRS will contact you and you can exlain.
In the meantime, use the links in this report to get her credit report from each bureau and freeze her credit at each bureau. That’s just in case there is identity theft lurking in there somewhere. Carefully check each credit report to make sure you recognize all the accounts.
