Saving Bonds not included in trust
Our father passed 7 years ago and we have E and EE bonds that need to be dispersed between 5 sisters total amount $16,224.41 and trust is closed

I’m thinking the bonds were in his name alone, and you just found them?! You need to have the documents showing his empowered executor of the estate, and probably a copy of the death certificate. Then contact a major downtown bank, like Chase, and ask them where to bring the bonds to cash them in.
If they wont do that, go to TreasuryDirect.gov and look under Savings Bonds, and use this link, to find out details about Savings Bonds for the deceased.
