Efile taxes
I use turbo tax software for my taxes (and about 40 people I do taxes for (free of charge). I tried to efile my return and it was rejected saying agi for 2020 doesn’t match. My number is correct and it matches the number irs shows on my transcript. I had the same issue last year and finally just mailed it. I don’t want to have to do that again this year. I also tried zero as agi -same result. Any ideas?

Have you created an ID.me account at the IRS? Here’s the link to do that.
This has been happening to MANY people, some of whom are responding to IRS letter CP80. They know they have a problem. But they are so messed up they haven’t issued a fix. Using the figures from the ID.me account, you might want to try the AGI from the latest return they have on file — likely your 2019 return!!
