Terry I have a RMD with MOA I received a letter from them on the Nov 5 that they sent my RMD for $5,771.78 on November 1, 2022. I never received it, check bank accounts no deposit. I have been trying to reach them I have 4 numbers the one In Westchester answers with a busy signal, 1 other answers asking for name and SS they will be with me soon. I have waited over 20 hours no one answers. Do you know what is going on with this company I need to get my money. BBB has a lot of complaints.

By purest coincidence — or is it — I am working on another issue for a senior trying to get a rollover and RMD from this company. I promise to get back to you on this asap. I know the RMD must be done by year end. Could you reply to the email you get telling you that your question has been answered, and give me your phone number.
