Can my adult son with Down Syndrome inherit my IRA & have proceeds put in his sp. needs trust?
Would the trust be able to use the “stretch option” & not have to spend it down in 10 years?
Do you know anyone familiar with Sp. Needs Trsts. The trust I have is 25 years old.
