Unclaimed money
I got a letter from keybank, I filled it out and sent it back to get my money but haven’t received a call, email or letter.

This could be a scam. A lot of scams have used the Keybank name. Did you fill out any personal information — such as your bank account # or SS number? If so, you have definitely been scammed, and should freeze your credit. Read this article: https://www.terrysavage.com/identity-theft-update/
I’m assuming you kept the original letter. Contact Keybank immediately — but NOT using the phone number on the letter. Read this article on the Keybank website with links to report fraud and phishing:
