Lottery winnings
I live,with my brother who I care for. He has Parkinson. He plays the daily lottery and wins occasionally. He’s in a wheelchair and I usually take him To get his money when it’s over 600 dollars. Is there a way I can get his money with the proper ids or is there a way with some kind of power of attorney. It would just be easier for me but I do understand if I can’t. Just want a opinion. Thanks in advance

You could probably go through the expense of setting up a trust, or gaining power of attorney. But why deprive him of the thrill of winning — and the pain of losing– for these relatively small amounts?
