Hello!
I realize this question might not be in your wheelhouse, but perhaps you have business associates in real estate and/or the insurance industry that could answer this because I know there are many people that may be facing the same dilemma. The President has said he wants to eliminate FEMA. I like many other homeowners purchase flood insurance through FEMA and would like to know what will happen to my policy should FEMA be eliminated?
I would like a heads up as to whether or not I should sell my home before this becomes and issue?

I don’t think you should act rashly. We’ve all seen the need for FEMA in recent days. I doubt the govt will actually abdicate its responsibility for disaster coverage. If that happens, there are far worse issues for Americans than even the loss of FEMA.
