Emergency Transportation Insurance

We have Medicare A , B, D, & a top of the line Supplemental insurance policy, but just saw a presentation from MASA emergency shield insurance, where for a once in a lifetime price of $5,800 they will insure my wife and I with emergency transportation anywhere in the world, via ambulance, helicopter, airplane, etc. with zero deductible. Have you heard of this and if so what do you think. If it’s for real and not a scam it sure sounds great, but it is? Thanks!
