Executor of a will if you don’t have close friend

None of my relatives are dependable. I’m in my 80s and able to take care of myself and finances, thanks to you. I don’t have any one to be the executor of my estate. It’s about 2mil+. I have been reading on how to choose an executor and could use some help finding one.
I don’t know if you offer this kind of info but I would appreciate any help you can give me.
