Moving my mom to IL from AZ, she’ll be 87yrs old this Oct, need the supplemental coverage
Hi! Help please. Looking at medigap G vs an advantage plan. Do you recommend 1 plan over another? She was just diagnosed with mild dementia and has high blood pressure. Spoke with catholic charity and just information overload. So confused and I need to understand before offering plans to my mom for her to choose a plan. Any information would be much appreciated. Oh, please, before you make this move, contact my Medicare expert, Thomas Dillon at JT Medicare Solutions 1-800-227-1012. Call him immediately and use my name (I get nothing out of this). But it is VERY important that you see if she is going to be eligible to switch from her current coverage (assuming it is Plan G) to Plan G in Illinois. Her pre-existing conditions may preclude that. YOu don’t want her to get stuck in an Advantage plan (which would cost less) but it would limit her healthcare options severely.
