So increase of SS civil employed widow
My dad who passed away 20 years ago, my mother who’s 89 he receives a civil servant pension. It was penalized for Social Security. Thus, my mother’s was bigger at the time but now with the new payback is she eligible for a review to see if my dad‘s pension would have been bigger. She is currently 89.

That’s definitely a good idea. She should contact Social Security. But they are swamped and have fewer well-trained employees these days. So you’ll have to help her along the way and keep at it. Please let me know what happens.
