Medicare
Medicare. Planning on retiring in February of 2028, both my wife and me. We will both take Social Security at 70 that month. My question is this, for Medicare starting in March of 2028, they will use our Joint 2026 MAGI earnings, correct? Both my wife I will have to pay the bracket amount we will fall into individually, correct?

Yes, the IRMAA adjustment takes into account both earnings on your joint return. But the IRMAA brackets are adjusted for those who are married filing jointly.
