Medigap
Hi Terri,
I love listening to you on the radio and also the Medicare 3 part series. I am confused.
I am 83 and in reasonable health however I do have diabetes and are on meds, not insulin, and it is well controlled.
I currently have plan G and the rates went up. I see other plans on Medicare.gov that could potentially save me $75 to $100 per month. Is this worth pursuing? I have heard (even on medicarepocketprotector.com to stay with the same plan I have.
Your opinion is greatly appreciated.
Thank you

YOu definitely want to stick with your existing Supplement Plan G. With your health conditions, you couldn’t get as good coverage anywhere else. And I’m not surprised, but delighted, that MedicarePocketProtector.com said the same thing. They are not about making sales!!
But you should review your Part D drug coverage. I recommend paying the $30 to do that at
https://www.heymoe.com/, since you have a complicated situation and they might be able to save you money on your drugs.
