Accessing Credit Score Information

By Terry Savage on March 07, 2022 | Credit/Debt

I’ve spent the last two hours on my computer trying to obtain a simple credit score and have been going around, and around, and around. I had to put in a lot of personal information, then they were going to send me a code, which I never received, then an error message occurred, then I went to Credit Karma with no results. Is there an easy way to get a Credit or FICO score? Thank you.

Probably your bank offers it free. Or it’s free if you have a Discover card. I have always used CreditKarma –and I can’t imagine why it would be difficult.
Try getting your credit REPORT first — and checking to see if your identity has been compromised in any way. You can do that FREE at www.AnnualCreditReport.com-– Don’t sign up for any protection services. Just get a report from one of the three bureaus and read it carefully — including inquiries — to make sure nothing looks strange.

After doing that, Pls write back if you still can’t get signed up at CreditKarma.com.
