Are Advantage plans a problem at a CCRC?
I have read your articles on the problems Advantage plans are having. A CCRC we are considering states in it’s lease agreement that if a member has a plan that is ‘not approved,’ then that member must seek health services elsewhere, or pay the full charge. So it seems as though CCRC’s are only for Medigap members, even if you qualify in every other way!

That would depend on the community. But now with more than half of Medicare recipients on Advantage plans, I can’t believe that is truly the case.
