auto buying services thru various memberships/credit cards
Hello,
I’m curious about auto buying services (thru costco ,capital one ,AARP).Are they worth the timed money. Am i better off just dealing with the auto dealers. Note Have been driving the same vehicle since 2002.

You’re pretty smart if you’ve been driving the same car all that time. I honestly don’t have an opinion on those auto-buying services. But why don’t you try negotiating on your own. I’m betting you are paying cash (sounds like you would do that after not having car payments for 18 years!) and that means you are in the driver’s seat. Go in on a snowy day, near the end of the month. Be ready to walk out. First check out realistic prices on KBB.com or Edmunds.com. I’m betting you can pull off a great deal.
