Axa Annuity
My IRA is in an Axa annuity. I’m only allowed a minimum withdrawal each month. Is there any way
I can take out a large amount ( 25,000) and put it in a more accessible account? What kind of penalties from Axa and /or IRS? My IRA is $523,000.
