Bankers Life Insurance annuity problem
I have a Bankers Life Insurance annuity that has been in rehabilitation due to misuse of funds and criminal activity. They are only releasing small interest payments or requiring filing papers for hardship situations, which I plan to do. I have over $200,000 invested and am retired now so need these funds. Any advice on expediting this process as I might not qualify for hardship due to other investments.
