Census Bureau letter requiring a person to complete the “American Community Survey “ form.

I have received a notice from the United States census bureau requiring me to complete the American community survey at a website called respond.census..gov/acs. I started to complete it but had to stop to search my finance records for the answers they were asking. The letter appears very official but since I have already lost a substantial amount of money in a fraud scheme, I am now very skeptical. Have you heard of others receiving such a request from the Census Bureau this year? PS. I admire you and your vast knowledge, and sharing of it!!
