changing investment from 403 B Valic fixed account to Polaris Platinum Elite account
Should I consider rolling over my valic fixed annuity account at 4.25% (with no fees) to Valic’s Polaris Platinum Elite 8% guaranteed for 10 years. I don’t need this money for my daily living expenses. I believe this account is SIPC, so would this be a safe choice? Thank you!
