Choosing an Annual Part “D” drug plan insanity.

I wonder who the sadist is in their innocuous office is that insists that elderly—anyone over fifty years of age people must go through the insanity of trying to figure out what their best plan will be every year for prescriptions when the choices are so complex. With the myriad pf drugs, insurance companies, plans and not being able to read the future, who knows and how does one decide, and why must we do it every year? Insanity. Do other countries do this to their citizens? I wonder. Love your columns and advice. Thank you,
