My Son completed college with a Master’s degree and is paying his tuition through federal and private loans. Is there any military tuition relief for him if both his grandparents served in WW2?

No, sorry. The GI bill ended a long time ago. But he should investigate the new SAVE program that might lower his payments and get the loan paid off faster. Go to StudentAid.gov to learn more.
