Credit Card debt

I know having to much credit card debt can hurt your credit score, but can paying it all off at once hurt your credit score too? I have the ability to pay it off in a big chunk but was wondering if would be better to pay off one now, and then another one next month, etc. or if I can just pay it all off right now?
