Credit freeze
I took your advise and froze my credit in March 2016, but now I would like to lease a car – they won’t with no credit – my question is how long do I need to unfreeze my credit to show an accurate score – I did keep 2 credit cards that we use as charge cards and my credit before the freeze was very good

Oh, you’ve got the wrong impression. Your credit isn’t frozen forever! Contact the credit bureau and ask for a “PIN” that allows you to temporarily lift the freeze so that the leasing company can check your credit report. And at the same time, go to www.CreditKarma.com and check your score. I’m sure it will be better than you imagined! Then, at no charge, you can always re-establish the freeze.
