Credit freeze and reports
Do you have phone numbers for the 3 credit companies where you can talk to a PERSON . My wife received a letter from Morgan Stanley about a problem they had. They Offered free credit monitoring thru Experian IdentifyWorks and to follow the directions for her and myself. i also froze our credit at the other two credit companies. I did all this on 7/29 as of today (8/5) i have only received confirmation from Experian for my self and from TransUnion for both us. I have tried to receive both of our free credit reports from annualcreditreports and the only one I have been able to get is mind from TransUnion. I can’t find out what the problem is and I can’t find a phone number to call where you can talk to a REAL HUMAN. if you have any of these numbers please let me know. I don’t know if the letter was a scam.

BUT you should make separate calls for your credit and that of your husband.
And as long as you get a freeze at all three bureaus, you should only need to read a credit report from one of them:
