Credit reporting — fico score is unscorable
HELP, granddaughter’s poor credit rating improved to 670. In one week Experian says that FICO SCORE8 is now UNSCORABLE. 670 to -0- in one week! Tried to get info or contest with Experian. Nothing to contest or question, there is no info. Help. Where to go? What can be done?

First of all, she needs to get her credit REPORT from all three agencies — for free. Go to AnnualCreditReport.com to do that.
I can’t imagine that her credit report would not be available at any of the three bureaus. Maybe she has inquired too many times and they suspect fraud.
Another way to get her current credit score FREE is to go to CreditKarma.com. That should take less time.
