How can I get in touch with the Debt Council for Seniors & Disabled? Your article that I read (perhaps on Huffington Post) referred to a website at "debtcouncil.net" which is inactive. Thanks for your help.

I am so sorry to say that after many years of counseling seniors, attorney Jerry Lamet closed his practice. Now I refer everyone to the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. Call the toll-free number 800-388-2227 and it will automatically connect you to the nearest local office. You can trust them.
