Getting phone calls saying I’ll get $220 to $400 from my Medicare?
I have been receiving these calls since the 1st of October. First asking that have I signed up for Medicare A&B (sounds like an AI-bot)? When I say yes, it says it will transfer me to an associate. Next, I get a person (someone I can understand and other times someone I cannot?). Anyway, they ask for my name to confirm it, next my age, then my zip code. Then they tell me that the money that I will save will be included then on my S.S. check. I tell them I’m not old enough to be receiving S.S. yet (I’m 66yr old and waiting until I’m 70). Then, they tell me that the money will be put on a debit card for me to use for food and other items. I ask them why I don’t get that money on a SNAP account since the money will be included onto my S.S check? I have had a few “associates” hang up on me other have gotten made and yelled at me that I don’t understand what they are trying to tell me.
I just want to know from you, as I think this is some type of scam of signing me up to a Medicare Advantage Policy?
Thanks so much,

Hang up immediately when you get these calls. They are call center agents trying to earn big commissions on Advantage accounts. Especially if you have traditional Medicare and a supplement, please just stop listening to these pitches.
