Government control — gold?
A little while ago in our history the government made it illegal to own gold do you think that would happen again and what’s the benefit of owning gold if the government could possibly come back and take it from you anyhow

The government can take ANYTHING from you! As recently noted, the former President suggested that the government could even take the CONSTITUION away from you!
The Fed is fighting inflation so our currency has real value in the future. Gold is only a good asset when the future value of the currency is in doubt. You can’t “print” gold!
