Health insurance forced?
Is it illegal for a company to force a employee to take there insurance if the insurance you have through a spouse or Obama care is cheaper

You cannot be forced to take the company insurance if you have a better deal. Nor can you be forced to pay for it through automatic payroll deduction. But sometimes families keep (and pay for) both coverages in case one spouse loses a job!
