I purchased IBonds on 10-1-2022 and 1-1-2023, given the projected interest rate’s, would it be wise to redeem them after 1 year, and take the interest reduction?

No, you’d still lose 3 months interest if you redeem them the first time you are allowed to do that — after holding for one full year. Put those away, and forget about them for 5 years!
