Wasted 2 hours trying to complete setting up id me. Chat lines not helpful. Is there a person I can talk to to walk me through this

Take it step by step — and use your phone. If you get confused, let it go and then go back to it later. It really isn’t that difficult, but it is a big pain! However, it’s all online so you MUST do it there!
