ID.me
I keep getting Error E4301 when using license. All my info is correct. Then get error E4401 with passport. That address showed my daughters address. I never lived there or use that address for anything. How do I get this resolved with ID.me. Tried for hours several times to chat to an agent with ID.me. Agent never comes on chat. Please help me!
