ID.me mess!
Well, I set up another email and did the ID.me process and quite honestly I really feel that my information is less secure. I had several problems with the process and when I had to do the video with one of the employees at ID.me I didn’t feel as if I could trust them. I had more trust in the old process than I do now. I tried emailing the treasury to let them know that but that seemed impossible. When ID.me asked if I would recommend them my response do it only if you have too!
