Hi Terry, I listen to WGN and thought that maybe you could help? I recently applied for UI, on 1/10/21. I talked to a agent who told me that I need to upload all my paystubs for the last year. Which I did , the second time they called the agent said that they had received the uploaded documents and that I would be receiving a letter. Which now says that I have been found monetarily ineligible. And that I have exhausted my regular UI,. I haven’t been laid off since 7/30/2019. I’m lost and all I can do is call to see if I can speak to someone again? What should I do? It’s been 3 weeks without a check. Hopefully you can help, thanks
