Long Term Care policy not being honored in a paid up status – Help!!
Genworth Life – I have a paid- up LTC policy. I am 70 with chronic illness. I was informed my policy is not valid anymore for the values I paid into it. Please advise. You had tv series on purchasing these plans and I hope you can assist me in trying to find out my rights in retaining the values I thought I had for my retirement health security.
