Dear Terry , next year I turn 65 I plan to work at least until I’m 70
My company has health insurance with Aetna I’m I required to sign up for Medicare part A or B?

If you are fully covered by your company — and if THEY do not require a signup for Medicare Part A –you should NOT sign up. You must sign up immediately as you retire, and also get a supplement and Part D for drugs. But thatis not required if you are still working (unless it is a small company whose carrier requires you sign up for Part A).
