I have had med adv for 2 yrs Can i not switch to another med adv company from jan 1 to ?

You have two opportunities to change Advantage plans. Open enrollment from October 15 to Dec 7. AND, in the first quarter of next year. The reason you might want to switch after the first of the year is if you learn your doctors/hospitals are no longer in your current plan.
