Medicare at age 62 for disabled?

Hi Terry, My husband is on permanent disablity. He is 62 years old and I am covering him on my health insurance through work. We got information regarding applying for Medicare which should go into effect next February. What is our next step into applying for Medicare. Any help will be appreciated.
