I am a Veteran I have reg Medicare ,I also have Tricare for life ,thus I have Pharmacy benefit via Express Scripts, is this my best option ? Thank you

Yes, that is a special program and likely your best option in the long run. The government has the incentive to keep prices down and coverage broad, as much as possible.
