Medicare Enrollment
Just some feedback, my wife and I have not heard back from anyone at JT Medicare Solutions. We have called three times over the past week, , no one answers, but we left messages to call us, filled out a request for a quote, have not received a reply, (the form states a free comparison report will be sent with 48 hours), left contact info on their online chat form, and sent an email request to their email address. We realize this is a very busy time with the deadline to enroll quickly approaching, but this is not the type of customer service we have received from past recommendations from you, just passing along our experience. We thank you for all the knowledge and resources you provide.

Thom Dillon has been working 25 hour days! Nope, that wasn’t a typo! He is swamped. And it’s partly my fault for recommending him and giving him so much publicity. He’s a great, honest guy — and does a wonderful job.
