Why am I charged $37.50 every year for prescription Part D when prescriptions are covered by my supplemental insurance?

Prescriptions are NOT covered by your supplement, unless given in a hospital setting.
That’s why you review your apart D plan in December every year!
Where were you hiding during open enrollment? Likely, you could have found a part D plan with NO monthly premium!
