Medicare supplement — how to choose?
Hi, after I apply for Medicare what should I be looking for in a supplemental insurance such as Health Markets, United Healthcare, Ex . I saw you briefly on WGN but did not get full answer. Thank you

You should go to either Medicare.gov to find and compare supplement plans, or to www.eHealthMedicare.com, where trained agents will help you. Be sure to do it at the same time you sign up for Medicare so you get the most comprehensive supplement plan, without regard to your current health situation. Likely you’ll want Plan F –a bit more expensive, but offering the maximum coverage.
