This came up on my daughter’s credit report for 2/2/2022. We can’t get a hold of a human being. And other red flags about them. What do you know about this bank?

What do you mean by “it came up.” Does it show an inquiry on her credit report, or an open account? Please read this article about identity theft.
You didn’t say whether she is a minor. If so, you definitely have a problem if this showed up on her credit report. But if she is working, it might be an inquiry connected to some credit application she filed. Without more details, I can’t say for sure.
