Almost every bank offers a NO FEE DEBIT CARD. Just ask. They have no credit risk — since you are accessing your own money. But most require that you use their own ATMs to make withdrawals, or else they will charge a fee. Ask if there is a fee for withdrawing from another bank’s ATM. And open your bank account with a bank that has lots of ATMS near you!
