Non payment of Humana claims
They have declined hospital payments when my wife spent time in the hospital for a UTI infection.

Well, I don’t know what kind of policy you are talking about. Is it a Medicare Advantage plan? Is it a Medicare supplement?
Your best bet is to contact the hospital accounting department and see if they will contact Humana on your behalf –or at least explain the denial.
