Paying Student Debt
My daughter owes about 50k in student debt ( mixed different % rates) she just stated her career job, making about 4,800 month. Our question is – is it smart to just knock out this loan , she only has car payment, insurance, daily expenses, lives at home – our goal we thought is to pay this off – or should we just keep paying the 3-400 month and invest 3,000 a month? Goal is in 2.5 years to have a Down payment for a home.

DEFINITELY, pay off this student loan ASAP. Worry about a down payment later — when she knows for sure where she wants to live, where her career (and her love life!) will take her.
