PUA payments recall?
Hi Terry,
I heard you speak on WGN yesterday (July 29th) about the IDES requesting money being paid back to them. I have been getting PUA and expect them to request money back from me. I received a reconsidered PUA finding today two months after my original PUA finding and the amounts are very different. My question is what advice did you give to the people who you were speaking with on the air who have already been contacted by IDES requesting money back? I want to be ready for when they make the same request to me. Thank you!

It is astounding to me that IDES has time to figure out they overpaid you — but no time to get initial benefits to people who deserve them — AND to fight the huge fraud that is going on inside their system.
