Ask Terry Questions School loan

School loan

By Terry Savage on May 18, 2024 | College Savings / Student Loans

I have proof Northwestern business college scammed me Ruthlessly of $67,000 for a paralegal certification and I completed the course with in 2.25 years. I was charged $100 for graduation items but received absolutely nothing to transform my future. I’m asking for your guidance on handling all the discrepancies

Terry Says

Wait — did you get your paralegal certification as a result of your studies?  If their coursework was misleading, you’ll want to report them to the Education Department, which has investigated several  “schools” that did not provide an appropriate education — and absolved borrowers from their loan liability.

Check this link for more information on how these claims are being handled.

Otherwise, you’d have to find a lawyer — expensive — and maybe others who graduated with you to file a class action suit.
